Directions for use

Mix 400 g of flour with approximately 750 ml of water, add ½ teaspoon of salt and stir well. Optionally add 1–2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Let the batter rest for 30–60 minutes. Steam on a stretched cloth over boiling water or cook in a non-stick pan, cover and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add filling and roll.
