Ontario Pure Nature dried pork shoulder bones 100 g

Product detailed description

Ontario Pure Nature dried pork shoulder 100 g. Ontario Pure Nature offers a range of dried animal-based chews. This product features the pork part identified in the product name. Different varieties use different parts, shapes and pack weights. It is intended as an additional treat, not a replacement for complete and balanced dog food.

About this variety

Do not choose purely by pack weight. Consider the size of individual pieces, your dog's familiarity with chewing treats and its particular needs. Natural pieces may vary in shape. The exact variety is identified by the full name and the stated net weight.

Fitting treats into the diet

Offer it as an occasional reward alongside everyday feeding. Account for all treats when considering total daily intake and adjust the normal meal allowance when appropriate. Observe how quickly your dog chews and whether each piece can be handled safely.

Safe serving and storage

Always supervise chewing and provide fresh drinking water. Prevent swallowing of large pieces. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and the storage conditions printed on the original package. Close the pack after every use.

What makes this version distinct

Dried pork shoulder pieces are sold in a 100 g pack and classified as a hard chew. They are a different named pork part from the cartilage, knuckle and trotters elsewhere in this range. Do not rely on pack weight as a measure of individual piece size. Check the chew's condition and your dog's experience with firm pieces. The catalogue classification by itself does not prove a particular health benefit.

Serving and safety

Chews are supplementary to regular food, not a complete meal. Keep drinking water available and supervise your dog throughout use. Remove a piece if it develops sharp fragments or creates a swallowing risk.
