Palette ICC Permanent Hair Lightener Super Blonde 0-00 is a permanent hair lightener designed to lift hair by up to 6 levels while helping to neutralise unwanted yellow tones for lasting results. Its smooth cream texture is easy to apply and distribute evenly, while the formula with keratin, panthenol and a repairing serum cares for the hair during and after the lightening process.

Directions for Use

Avoid washing the hair for 24–48 hours before use. Put on protective gloves, place the Blond Activator and the entire contents of the lightening cream into a bowl, then mix thoroughly using a non-metallic tool. Apply the mixture immediately to dry, unwashed hair, starting at the nape and distributing it evenly throughout the hair. Leave on for 30–45 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear. Apply the conditioning mask to damp hair, leave it on for approximately 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For hair longer than chin length, the use of two packs is recommended.
