Ingredients

Cream 87%, sugar, gelatine, maltodextrin, stabilisers: carrageenan, guar gum, E450; flavouring.

Directions for use

Gently heat the product to approximately +40°C to +50°C until liquid, do not boil. It can be heated in a water bath directly in the opened container. Pour into moulds, leave for 10–20 minutes at room temperature, then chill at +4°C to +8°C for around 4 hours.
