Maggi Garlic Bouillon 1.1 kg creates a clear bouillon with a distinctive garlic aroma and attractive parsley pieces. It is suitable for restaurants, professional kitchens and home use, helping to season soups, sauces, vegetable dishes, potatoes and baked pasta quickly and evenly.

Ingredients

Iodised salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancers, palm oil, sugar, hydrolysed vegetable protein containing wheat protein, dried garlic 1.4%, dried garlic extract, yeast extract, spice blend, dried parsley, flavourings and ammonia sulphite caramel.

Contains wheat and gluten. May contain small amounts of milk, eggs, soya, celery and fish.

Directions for use

Dissolve 22 g of the mixture in 1 litre of hot water, stir well and bring briefly to the boil. This makes 4 portions. The full pack prepares approximately 50 litres of bouillon, equal to 200 portions of 0.25 litre each.
