Maggi Beef Bouillon 8 kg delivers a rich beef taste, an appealing aroma and a well-balanced broth colour. It is ideal for preparing soups and broths, seasoning meat sauces and stews, or brushing onto meat during roasting and grilling.

Ingredients

Iodised salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5´-ribonucleotides), partially hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm oil, rosemary extract), hydrolysed vegetable protein, beef powder 3.4%, flavourings containing wheat gluten and celery, dried parsley, onion powder, colour riboflavin.

Contains celery and cereals containing gluten. May contain small amounts of milk, eggs, soya and fish.

Directions for use

Add 23 g of the mixture to 1 litre of hot water, stir thoroughly and bring briefly to the boil for approximately 1 minute. Fresh vegetables and herbs may be added as desired; during longer cooking, replace any evaporated water to prevent the broth from becoming too salty.
