Directions for Use

Use 1 sachet for 1 whole chicken. Mix the seasoning with approximately 2 tablespoons of oil and rub it evenly over the entire surface of the chicken. Place the chicken breast-side up in a roasting dish and cook in a preheated oven for approximately 1 hour at 170°C. Baste regularly with the cooking juices to keep the meat moist and create golden, crispy skin.
