Ingredients:

Water, Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Preservative.

The gel remains highly flexible, maintaining its shape when cooled or heated, ensuring it molds easily to the target area. Made from safe materials that do not irritate the skin when used correctly.

Uses:

Helps relieve muscle pain, sprains, swelling, reduce fever, or warm tense muscles. Cold therapy reduces inflammation; heat therapy relaxes muscles and improves blood circulation.

Directions for use:

• Cold therapy: Place in the freezer for 2 hours, always wrap in a thin cloth before applying, use for 15–20 minutes, 3 times per day.

• Heat therapy: Heat in water ≤80°C for about 4 minutes or microwave for a maximum of 3 minutes at 280W, always wrap in a cloth before applying.

Warning:

Do not use for people with arterial circulatory disorders or Raynaud's syndrome.
