Directions for use

Pour the mix into a bowl, add 350 ml of water and 120 ml of oil, and mix until smooth. Transfer the batter into a greased bundt or marble cake tin (approx. 23 cm). Bake in a preheated oven: electric oven at 160 °C for 60–70 minutes, fan oven at 140 °C for 60–70 minutes, or gas oven at medium heat for 60–70 minutes. Check doneness with a wooden skewer.
