Ingredients

Wheat flour, corn starch, sugar, raising agents (sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), flavourings, salt, colours (carotene, riboflavin). May contain small amounts of (milk, lupin flour).

Directions for use

• Extra ingredients & baking temperature: Pack includes 140 g pastry dough mix + 150 g cream mix. You will also need: 125 g vegetable baking fat, 250 ml water, 3 eggs (size M), 650 ml milk, 150 g butter, 60 g icing sugar. Baking: electric oven 200°C / fan oven 180°C / gas oven medium heat 20–25 minutes. Do not open the oven during the first 15 minutes.

• How to prepare dough & cream: Bring the vegetable fat and water to a boil, add the entire dough mix and stir continuously until smooth, then remove from heat and let cool. Add 3 eggs and beat with a hand mixer for 3 minutes. Transfer into a piping bag with a star nozzle, pipe rings about 6 cm in diameter, bake, let cool and slice in half. Cream: cook the mix with milk, let cool, then whip with butter and icing sugar. Pipe the cream into the puffs and chill for 2 hours.
