Directions for use

Mix the powder with 1/3 of the milk. Bring the remaining 2/3 of the milk to the boil with 3 tablespoons of sugar (30 g). Slowly add the mixture and cook for about 1 minute while stirring continuously. Pour the pudding into bowls or moulds rinsed with cold water and allow to set. Plant-based drinks may be used; flavour and colour may vary.
