Mix the measured pudding powder with about 1/5 of the milk. Bring the remaining milk with sugar to the boil, add the mixture and cook for 1–2 minutes while stirring continuously. Recommended ratio: 80 g powder + 80 g sugar + 1 litre of milk; full pack 1000 g + 1000 g sugar + 12.5 litres of milk.
