Cibule Bistro Pho Broth 1 l delivers a rich, deep taste similar to homemade broth simmered for hours, but without the long preparation. Each liter is made with 350 g of chicken bones, 250 g of pork bones and 125 g of vegetables, giving it a naturally full flavor, a higher collagen content and a well-balanced seasoning inspired by traditional Pho.

Meat broth 93% (drinking water, chicken bones, pork bones, carrots, onion, garlic, sunflower oil, spice mix), Kikkoman soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans, wheat, edible salt), fish sauce (anchovies 77%, edible salt, sugar).

Directions for use

Shake before opening. Simply heat the broth and pour it over prepared rice noodles, meat, herbs and other ingredients. It can also be used as a base for ramen, wok dishes, stews or enjoyed on its own after heating.

Storage instructions

Store in a dry place and protect from heat. After opening, keep refrigerated at up to +5 °C and use within 8 days. Any unused broth can be frozen.
